What exactly is an “AI employee”?
A persistent agent with a name, a role, a mission and access to the tools you choose. It wakes up on its schedule, reads what's new, does the work, and remembers your preferences, for example “never negotiate below €90k”.
Can it do things without my permission?
Only what you allow. You choose read or write access per tool and an autonomy level per employee. Actions that leave your workspace, such as sending an email, wait for your approval in Needs you. You can pause one employee, or all of them, at any time.
Which tools does Syph connect to?
Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Docs and Sheets, Odoo CRM, WhatsApp, Telegram, web research and on-brand slide decks, with more on the way. Business plans can add custom integrations.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You connect tools by signing in, and you brief employees in plain language, the same way you'd brief a new hire.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Syph runs on the web and on iPhone, so you can chat with your team and approve actions from anywhere.
How does billing work?
Solo and Team are monthly subscriptions paid by card. Business is tailored to your team. Talk to sales and we'll work out the right size with you.
